Overview

The Residential Construction Loan Funding Coordinator will assist the Residential Construction Loan Department with the process of disbursing funds to customers, documentation, imaging, payments and post-closing responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Monitor disbursement process (through BankLab)

• Funding of all construction draws via Transfer from loan to DDA or via wire
• Set up wire templates
• Monitor inspection planner for anticipated draws
• Order inspections and draws for builders who request assistance
• Process interest payments via checks and / or assist customer with transfers when requested
• Quote Payoffs to customers and attorneys and monitor their status; ensure loans are locked in the draw system, at time of quote and adding any additional fees as needed
• Process Quit Claim Deeds
• Complete tickets, post and monitor payments received
• Payment of all department invoices through accounts payable automated system
• Process Collateral Release files
• Review monthly paid out report and move loans to paid out folders
• Authorize bank generated Collateral Releases through automated system
• Communicate with loan operations to change loan status based on lender's request and updated inventory reports
• Communicate with customers and lenders (internal & external) regarding funds needs and details
• Coordinate interest payments from customers, and analyze billing details
• Work using multiple software portals daily
• Perform other related duties as assigned
