Texas Licensed Trademark Attorney

A company is looking for a Trademark Associate Attorney.

Key Responsibilities

Manage U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and maintenance matters

Handle TTAB proceedings, including oppositions and cancellations

Assist with and lead aspects of federal trademark litigation

Qualifications

J.D. from an accredited law school and admission to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (Texas strongly preferred)

4-7 years of trademark experience, with substantive work in TTAB matters and litigation

Ability to work independently, handle multiple projects, and take ownership of client matters

Preference for candidates based in the Dallas-Fort Worth area
