Overview

The Sales Team Member (STM) is a customer-facing role that serves as a TLE brand ambassador. STM actively seeks opportunities to connect with customers on the sales floor, shares insight into what Tender Loving Empire does, and highlights the care that goes into the products and music in our stores. They contribute to a successful day of business by completing tasks in an organized and efficient manner, prioritizing communication and teamwork, and learning from opportunities.

We are looking for street store seasonal ambassadors with availability for our Bridgeport, Downtown, NW23rd, and Hawthorne locations. There is a blackout period where no time-off requests will be approved November 14th through January 1st; you must be fully available during the time we are open to help support the team during our busiest season.
