Responsibilities :
- Deliver high-quality clinical treatment for each client and their family, restoring, preserving, and strengthening their mental health status.
- Manage a clinical caseload as determined by the Clinical Director, identifying stressors, teaching how to prevent triggers, and promoting healthy coping techniques.
- Provide coverage as needed to support clients’ clinical needs, including facilitating sessions in group, family, or individual formats.
- Participate in clinical meetings, training, supervision, outreach, public-speaking events, and staff meetings as assigned.
- Conduct and participate in client assessments at admission and reassessments as required, diagnosing mental health conditions where applicable using psychotherapy techniques.
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation, including progress reports, notes, admission and discharge summaries, treatment plan updates, and support for auxiliary staff with documentation needs.
- Attend weekly individual supervision as directed by licensure status or Clinical Director.
- Maintain an active presence in the therapeutic milieu, proactively addressing emergent issues and dynamics to support the day-to-day clinical program, while modeling healthy habits that encourage a lifestyle conducive to mental wellness.
- Fully understand and adhere to Anew policies and procedures, professional ethics, including appropriate boundaries and patient confidentiality; ensure compliance with company and HIPAA policies.
- Model appropriate interpersonal relationships, emotional regulation, and boundaries, tackling conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma from abuse, relationship issues, and suicidal ideation through tailored interventions.
- Demonstrate awareness and respect for cultural, lifestyle, age, gender, and sexual orientation diversities of clients and staff; apply knowledge of age, gender, and multicultural counseling skills.
Qualifications :
Associate license or license-eligible PhD, PsyD, LPC, LMFT, or LCSW.Maintain specific, required, current, and active licensure, registration, or certification in good standing.Valid driver’s license in good standing and auto insurance.Successfully complete drug screen and comprehensive background check.Key Qualities / Success in This Role Requires :
