Immersive Experiences Manager - San Diego

Position Summary

As immersive travel becomes a central way for the San Diego Jewish community to connect with Israel and global Jewish peoplehood, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Immersive Travel Manager. This position is responsible for managing, planning, and executing Federation’s immersive travel portfolio, with a focus on 3–4 trips per year, including :

• Israel Unfiltered (in collaboration with RootOne)
• Youth / Young Adult Mission (and other emerging opportunities)
• Teen delegations from Israel and additional programs such as Honeymoon Israel (HMI)

The Immersive Travel Manager will play a vital role in building global Jewish connections while ensuring seamless program operations, meaningful educational content, and strong community engagement. This role is a key member of the Immersive Travel Team and reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

Compensation and Benefits

This is a full-time position, working onsite in San Diego, CA, with the ability to work from home on most Fridays.

Compensation range : $80,000-90,000 per year, with a generous benefits plan, retirement plan and comprehensive paid sick leave, vacation and up to 22 paid holidays per year.
