Position Summary

As the Director of Engineering, you will guide the Power Core Engineering team organization to deliver high-quality, scalable, innovative software solutions. You will work with a team to provide valuable user experiences and problem-solving tools to our customers. This role balances strategic vision with hands-on leadership, ensuring the team has the right processes, talent, and culture to support growth and long-term success.

Position Details

• Salary Range : $175,000 - 200,000 USD
• Full-Time
• Hybrid or Remote
• Reports to : Vice President, Engineering
• Location : Yes Energy's Core Offices - Boulder, CO; Richmond, VA; Chicago, IL; Boston, MA; or remote
