Make your impact within a rapidly growing Fintech Company

The GTM Analytics team is the central nervous system for the entire Go-to-Market organization. We provide the data, insights, and strategic guidance that powers our Sales and Marketing teams. We are embarking on a mission to build a world-class GTM Engine -an intelligent, data-driven system that delivers actionable recommendations directly into the hands of our revenue-generating teams.

This is where you come in. We are looking for a highly analytical and technically-savvy Senior Analyst to be a foundational member of the team building this engine. You will be the critical bridge between the business (our GTM teams), our data experts (Central Analytics, Data Operations), and the technology that powers them. If you are passionate about turning data into action and seeing your work directly impact revenue growth and customer happiness, this role is for you.

Candidates must be U.S. work authorized with no current or future sponsorship needs and live within 45 miles of one of these locations or relocate by the start date. Fully remote work is not available for this position.

The estimated salary range for this role is noted below for our San Jose based role. Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed above. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes : medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits.

San Jose pay range

$114,400-$142,500 USD
