Join our dedicated pharmacy team at Vernon Memorial Healthcare, where we strive to provide exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients and the community. We're seeking a knowledgeable and patient-focused Retail Staff Pharmacist who takes pride in promoting wellness and safe medication use. This Staff Pharmacist position is a unique role in a setting which offers supportive relationships with providers along with providing pharmacy services to patients and the public in our Medical Office Building pharmacy.

Key Responsibilities include filing prescriptions, patient counseling and providing guidance to patients regarding medications, dosage, and side effects. Will also participate in Quality Improvement initiatives, monitor and manage drug inventory, uphold WPQC best practices, maintain accurate records and legal compliance for all pharmaceuticals and adhere to state and federal regulations.

The hours for this Staff Pharmacist position are various shifts weekdays, 8 : 30 am – 5 : 30 pm with a Saturday morning rotation. May also provide fill-in coverage at our other local retail pharmacy locations as needed.

Qualified Staff Pharmacist must possess BS or PharmD degree from accredited College of Pharmacy with licensure as a Pharmacist in the State of Wisconsin. Relevant work experience in retail or a clinic type pharmacy preferred. Benefit package includes Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short-Term Disability, Paid Time Off and a 401k savings plan!
