Job description

Overview :

Darco International, a global leader in innovative foot and ankle products since 1985, is seeking a Director of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth from our Huntington, WV headquarters. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can blend strategy with execution.

Responsibilities :

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate our sales team.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
  • Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and healthcare partners.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development teams for successful product launches.
  • Reports directly to the President, CEO on performance and market insights, along with sales forecasting.

Qualifications :

  • 7+ years in sales with 3+ years in a management role, preferably in the medical foot and ankle care market.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Skilled in building teams and developing talent.
  • Strong communicator with data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Comfortable managing budgets, forecasts, and key accounts.
  • Willing to travel occasionally for trade shows, client visits, and corporate events.
