Journeyman Plumber And / Or Journeyman Gas Fitter

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Journeyman Plumber and / or Gas Fitter to join our team. The successful candidate will perform high-quality plumbing work, including installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications. This role requires expertise in pipefitting, system diagnostics, and a commitment to delivering excellent craftsmanship in commercial settings.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, including water supply lines, drainage systems, fixtures, and related equipment, in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and project requirements.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot plumbing issues, such as leaks, clogs, or system malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
• Ensure all work complies with the International Plumbing Code (IPC), local and state plumbing codes, and company safety policies.
• Collaborate with project managers, apprentices, and other trades to complete projects on time and within budget.
• Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Document work performed, including time logs, material usage, and project progress reports.
• Mentor and guide apprentices or less experienced team members, providing training on plumbing techniques and safety protocols.
