SmartTalent Lynnwood is seeking to hire several Grocery Baggers for a growing grocery store that opening soon in Lynnwood, WA. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with customers and lifting up to 25lbs

LOCATION :  Lynnwood, WA

PAY : $18 - $18.50

SCHEDULE : Must have flexible availability to work weekdays and weekends

• First shift : 9am 6pm
• Mid Shift : 11am 8pm
• Second Shift : 1pm - 10pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Coordinates flow of work and materials based on schedule, establish priorities of available / capable workers, parts, materials and equipment.

Complete daily receiving duties in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain accurate inventory levels by doing weekly cycle counts

Provides the necessary tools and documentation for individuals to perform their jobs.

Develops an atmosphere that encourages employee participation.

Motivate employees in preserving an efficient and productive workplace.

Introduce new methods / techniques to improve quality and / efficiency.

Interfaces with all levels of Purchasing, Production, Engineering, and Quality Assurance staff.

Maintains a safe work environment.

Implements continuous improvement ideas and suggestions.

Communicates directly with Manager on any conflicts with capacity availability, scheduled workload or part / material issues.

Set up and maintain tooling and fixtures.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and abilities :

Friendly and positive attitude.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift / move bags or other items up to 25lbs

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required.
