A company is looking for an Account Manager, Customer Success.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients to enhance their online presence

Manage assigned accounts focusing on revenue growth, customer retention, and exceptional service

Conduct monthly reporting calls and promote additional marketing services while ensuring quality standards

Required Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of B2B sales experience with a proven track record

1+ year of digital marketing experience preferred

Experience with CRM systems preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
