Manager Kunden- & Forderungsmanagement

Seit unserer Grndung 2015 sind wir stolz auf unser hochmotiviertes Team, welches stetig wchst. Als Marktfhrer fr elektrische Betriebssicherheit und Arbeitsschutz bieten wir ber 5.300 Kunden vom Mittelstand bis zu DAX-Unternehmen aus allen Branchen (u.a. Chemie, Automotive, Real Estate und Retail) mageschneiderte Prfkonzepte nach den aktuellen deutschen Gesetzen und DIN-VDE Normen.

Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Ttigkeit bei uns :

  • Aufbereitung der Dokumentation
  • Erstellung von Rechnungen
  • Prfung der Leistungen unserer Service-Organisation mittels Datenbanken
  • Kommunikation mit internen Abteilungen im Falle von fehlenden oder unklaren Daten
  • Aktives Debitorenmanagement in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den operativen Verantwortlichen und dem Vertrieb
  • Korrespondenz und Telefonie mit Kunden, z. B. im Falle von Mahnverfahren oder bei Kundenreklamationen

Das bringst Du mit :

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmnnische Ausbildung, z.B. Brokaufmann oder vergleichbares
  • Hochschulabschluss gern gesehen
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Forderungsmanagement oder im Kundenmanagement / Kundenservice wnschenswert
  • Selbstverantwortung, eigenstndige Arbeitsweise sowie produktive Denkweise
  • Ausgeprgtes Zahlenverstndnis sowie strukturierte und sorgfltige Arbeitsweise
  • IT-Affinitt (Kenntnisse MS Windows & Office besonders Excel-Pivot-Tabellen)
  • Freude an Teamarbeit
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
