Litigation Counsel (CA or NY Licensed)

A company is looking for a Litigation Counsel to manage and resolve a broad range of disputes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a diverse docket of litigation, arbitration, and regulatory matters across multiple jurisdictions

Oversee outside counsel relationships, including staffing, strategy, budgets, and discovery

Partner with internal teams to assess and mitigate litigation and regulatory risks

Required Qualifications

J.D. from a top-tier law school with active membership in at least one state bar (CA or NY preferred)

5+ years of litigation experience at a top law firm and / or in-house, with experience in state and federal courts

Familiarity with the tech, gaming, or e-commerce space preferred

Strong background in insurance coverage, consumer disputes, and personal injury issues

Demonstrated ability to manage complex disputes from strategy through resolution
