The Zaxby’s Assistant Manager provides excellent leadership and motivation to ensure that all team members are guest-focused, team-focused, and quality-focused. - Responsibilities include :
- Managing 6-11 crew members per shift.
- Preparing employee schedules.
- Works to ensure labor & drive time goals are met and maintained.
- Conducting inventory counts daily / weekly.
- Responsible for setting a positive atmosphere, creating a culture where people want to participate and develop together in a healthy structure.
- Oversees and ensures the daily execution of the Zaxby’s Mission Statement and Core Values.
- Complies with company policies, practices and procedures and communicates all changes to managers and team members.
- Minimum Requirements :
- 1+ years of restaurant management experience in a quick service or casual dining environment.
- Completion of a high school education or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to
- 50 pounds
- Open availability to cover either day or evening shift, and ability to work between 40-45 hours a week (overtime pay for any hours over 40 / wk)
- Additional requirements :
- Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organizational skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
- Requires basic to intermediate mathematical computations, dealing with inventory and cash management.
- Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs, and compliance issues.
