• We are hiring immediately for a full time SOUS CHEF position.
• Location : Applewild School - 120 Prospect Street, Fitchburg, MA 01420. Note : online applications accepted only.
• Schedule : Full time; Days and hours may vary. Availability for weekends, nights, and holidays required. More details upon interview.
• Requirement : Prior scratch cooking, supervising, and ordering experience is preferred.
• Pay Range : $24.00 per hour to $26.00 per hour.

Job Summary

Summary : Helps Executive Chef prepare and cook foods. Coordinates activities of cooks and other food-service associates. Assumes responsibility for kitchen and food-service associates in the absence of Executive Chef.
