This is a night shift opportunity for a compassionate RN ready to take on a vital role in our advanced critical care team.

Key Responsibilities :

Operate and manage ECMO circuits for critically ill pediatric and NICU patients
Provide expert nursing care, monitoring, and intervention for children requiring ECMO support
Collaborate with physicians and the ECMO team to ensure safe, effective patient outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all hospital safety and compliance protocols
Deliver compassionate, family-centered care in a fast-paced critical care environment

Qualifications :

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Texas (or eligible for licensure)

Minimum 2 years of prior ECMO Specialist experience required

Previous experience with pediatric or NICU patient populations required

BLS and ACLS certifications (PALS preferred)
