About The Position

Step into a high-earning, full-service  Otolaryngology (ENT)  opportunity in  Findlay, Ohio —serving a thriving, independent health system with a strong referral network and minimal competition. You’ll join a flexible, collegial, and physician-centered practice where your voice is heard, and your schedule respects your life outside the clinic.

💼  Position Highlights :

Comprehensive ENT care  with a broad patient base

Clinic Volume :  20–30 patients / day

OR Locations :  3 surgical sites (Hospital, ASC, and Community Hospital)

Surgical Tools :  Access to  four da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots  + Table Motion

Support :  Full audiology team + APPs + specialty collaboration (Endo, Allergy, Neuro, etc.)

Call :  Backup only – APPs take primary

Tech & Teaching :  Mayo Clinic eConsults + optional teaching opportunities

Physician-Led Culture :  You help shape practice patterns, scheduling, and volume

💰  Compensation & Benefits :

Base Salary Range :  $515K–$800K (plus wRVU & productivity bonuses)

Bonuses :  Sign-on, relocation, training stipends, loan repayment support

Loan Repayment :  Monthly, quarterly, or annual options

CME :  Annual stipend included

Employment :  Full-time, W-2 with 501(c)(3) nonprofit status
