This

position is with our Adhesive Technologies business unit – where we empower our

people to transform industries and provide our customers with a competitive

advantage through adhesives, sealants and functional coatings.

What you´ll do

Conducts

customer testing, creates “customer-ready” technical reports, and

maintains documentation in TCS / ACE systems.

Investigates

product complaints by performing root cause analysis and developing

corrective action plans.

Provides

technical expertise to support key projects, market needs, and

cross-functional teams.

Mentors

more junior Application Engineers.

Delivers

customer and internal support through demos, training, and direct

communication with Sales, Marketing, and project teams.

What makes you a good fit

  • B.S. Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Material Science, or Chemistry or related.

10+ or more years of demonstrated related experience, preferably with Surface Treatment, Cleaners & Lubricants.

Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven leadership, and self-starter – takes the initiative.
  • Significant customer support experience (providing product application training and troubleshooting).

    Fluent in spoken and written English with strong presentation skills.

    Travel up to 50%

  • The salary for this role is $120,000.00- $150,000.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position.  We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
