Per Diem Float Pool

the Registered Nurse Per Diem Float Pool is a great opportunity! Enjoy a

flexible schedule and float within the hospital. Registry staff mainly float to

neuro / ortho med surg telemetry, stepdown / IMC, critical care, ED and ED Boarders

depending on prior unit experience.

Type C Minimum

Requirements

Minimum of five 12-hour

shifts per six-week schedule; 2 weekend shifts; 1 holiday shifts per

year; 1 hard to fill shift per year

Key Responsibilities

As a Clinical Nurse you will deliver proficient nursing care to patients and families whose needs range from uncomplicated to highly complex. You will identify current and potential complex problems of specific patient populations and critically analyzes trends and changes in patient status and plans appropriate interventions directly or indirectly through other nurses.

Qualifications

1+ years of RN experience required. At least 1 year of critical care RN

experience AND at least 1 year of Med Surg Tele RN experience strongly

preferred.
