Responsibilities :

• Manage all on-site construction activities from mobilization through final punch
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams to ensure seamless execution
• Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
• Monitor schedules and budgets, proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track
• Serve as the on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and project managers
• Lead site meetings and maintain clear, consistent communication across stakeholders
