Position Overview :

As a member of our Features Team, you will be at the forefront of the wealth tech revolution. You’ll help build AscendOS, our cloud-native, real-time investment platform that is replacing legacy "overnight" processing with instantaneous, API-driven financial services.

We are a cloud-first, high-performance shop. In this role, you’ll work with :

Backend : Golang (Primary), , Java.

Frontend : React, JavaScript.

Infrastructure : Google Cloud Platform (GCP), AlloyDB, BigQuery, GKE.

Innovation : Exploring and integrating Generative AI (Claude, Vertex AI) to enhance our wealth platform.

What You’ll Do

Design & Build : Develop and scale mission-critical services and web applications that power our wealth platform.

Architect for Performance : Leverage GCP and modern microservices to ensure our platform is high-performing, secure, and infinitely scalable.

Innovate with AI : Work alongside our world-class AI teams to integrate agentic AI engines and smarter analytics into the core product.

Collaborate : Partner with cross-functional teams in an environment that values "Grit, Results, Empathy, Accountability, and Teamwork" (GREAT).

Mentor & Improve : Participate in high-impact code reviews, contribute to our internal AI Ambassador Program, and help evolve our "Build Nimble" engineering culture.

Who You Are

The Expert Backend Specialist : You have deep expertise in Golang and a proven track record of building robust backend services.

The Full Stack Generalist : While your heart is in the backend, you are highly proficient in React and understand how to deliver a polished frontend experience.

The Fintech Enthusiast : You are excited by the complexity of financial services—real-time ledgers, 24 / 5 trading, and complex regulatory landscapes.

Intellectually Curious : You have a growth mindset and are eager to experiment with new technologies like Claude GenAI.
