Job description1 - 3 expected days out You can stay out longer if you want to Get 4 days of home time for every 28 days worked No guaranteed weekends home Inspection of vehicle, equipment, and cargo to ensure everything is safe, legal, and secure. Submitting customer paperwork and deposits including invoices, load orders, and handheld reports. Maintaining a driver's log in accordance with DOT regulations. Stacking and sorting delivered cargo. Loading and unloading cargo while operating cargo handling equipment. Daily customer interactions and maintaining good customer relations. Being available for work at all times in order to meet customer pickup and delivery schedules. Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe work area. Orientation is not paid for Does not cover accommodation Drivers get their own room No meals are included Does not cover any travel expenses Class A license without any of the following restrictions : (L,Z) Air Brakes, (G) Night Driving, (O) No Semi Trailer, (K) Intrastate Only or (V) Medical Variance 12 months OTR experience

Loadmode LLC is hiring experienced OTR company team drivers!

We pay from $0.75 to $0.80 cents per mile or from 30%-35% of the weekly gross
6000+ miles per week consistently
2022-2026 new fully equipped and well maintaned trucks
24 / 7 dispatch that will keep you rolling
Mostly drop and hook loads and dedicated lanes
Fuel card provided
3-4 weeks out, 3-4 days home
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of verifiable experience on CDL Class A license
No DUI or SAP
Must pass the road test
Hurry up! only limited positions available!
Owner Operators are also more than welcome!
Your truck could be in any year but in good condition so it easily passes DOT inspection!
Solo drivers - Gross up to $10,000 in a week
