Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor

We're looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Seasonal Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our seasonal team! This hands-on role involves supervising day-to-day operations during our busy festive season, supporting staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining food safety standards. This may include Brickmans restaurant at The Links, in-room dining service, Spinnaker Coffee, Birdie's Snack Shack, Beverage Cart, and Pool Bar.

The duties of a Seasonal Food and Beverage Supervisor include, but are not limited too, the following :

• Oversee front-of-house staff and daily service operations
• Ensure high-quality customer experiences
• Monitor inventory and assist with ordering supplies
• Assist with training and shift scheduling
• Ensure customer satisfaction through prompt, professional, and friendly service.
• Monitor and manage food and beverage quality and presentation.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist with opening and closing duties.
• Support management in any and all tasks.
