A company is looking for a Customer Support Representative, Pharmacy.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries regarding pharmacy software and business management solutions
Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical issues via phone and electronic communication
Document issues and resolutions to enhance the knowledge base and escalate critical issues when necessary
Required Qualifications and Experience
Prior experience in a help desk or customer support role, specifically with pharmacy / home infusion software
Understanding of pharmacy workflows and processes, including patient registration and inventory management
Strong technical aptitude and systematic troubleshooting skills
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and experience in pharmacy or healthcare
Bachelor's degree in finance, business, healthcare, technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
