Key Responsibilities
Consult with operations management and provide HR guidance
Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and policies
Manage complex employee relations issues and conduct investigations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field required; Master's degree or relevant certification preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources
Experience with employee relations and investigations
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across departments
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google G Suite; HRIS experience with Paycom & Workday is a plus
