Guaranteed Hours Per Week : 40

Shift : 8hr Days Monday-Friday (Will consider 4x10s if needed)

Weekends : None

Holidays : As needed

Call : None

Float : Throughout facility within skillset,

Minimum 3 years PT experience REQUIRED (open to New Grads)

License / Certs Required : WI PT & AHA BLS

Charting Experience Required : EPIC

Unit Overview : Inpatient / Outpatient department - mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well. For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations. Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients. It will probably be a mix of patients.

Patient load : Will likely see 10-12 patients a day, it would be more if they want a 10 hour day (if approved for 10 hr shifts)
