Responsibilities and Duties

Deliver advanced wound care treatment for wounds unresponsive to conservative management for 30+ days

Use amniotic membrane grafts as the primary treatment modality

Perform initial assessments, place orders for synthetic skin or skin grafts, debride, and rewrap wounds

Operate independently in the patient's home, following established care plans

Consult remotely with an MD during patient visits to address clinical concerns

Document all patient encounters and treatment plans using Athenahealth EMR

Additional Information

Advanced wound care experience preferred

Must be licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in Arizona

Provider should be confident operating solo in a home-based setting
