Job Description

Purpose : Plan, develop, coordinate, and manage specific construction craft activities for EPC projects. Assist in developing execution plans and be responsible for craft work packaging implementation.
Additional Compensation : Per Diem will be included in pay, determined per project. Trips home will be provided when applicable, as detailed in the Samuel EPC Employee Exempt Handbook.
Pay Rates : Salary rates are fixed and do not escalate with additional hours worked. Pay is determined per project and remains constant regardless of hours. Home office assignments may have different rates.
Work Schedule : Varies by location. Must have open availability any time, any day.
Essential Skills : Work closely with project team members to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to project policies. Supervise construction activities, manage resources, and interface with clients and subcontractors. Participate in project planning, scheduling, and problem resolution. Represent the company in meetings and during the bid process. Maintain accuracy and communicate effectively with team members regarding project needs and obstacles.
Responsibilities include : Following company policies, safety regulations, and performing duties assigned by management.
Qualifications : At least 7 years of experience in heavy industrial projects such as refineries, petro-chemical complexes, or power plants. Knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and labor requirements. Strong leadership and management skills. Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Office, and PDF tools like Bluebeam. Ability to obtain necessary state licenses. Hands-on foreman experience required.
Physical Requirements : Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work at heights. Good vision, coordination, and physical fitness are necessary.
