The role supports the migration of record to report processes from the U.S. to India Shared Services. The role ensures smooth knowledge transfer, documentation, and digital integration of accounting and reporting workflows. The analyst will work closely with the GPO and AI Finance Pod to enable automation and accuracy. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn and actively seek opportunities to drive innovation through AI, automation, and evolving technologies, demonstrating growth mindset and adaptability to advancing digital finance landscapes.

This is a remote position open to candidates based anywhere in the U.S., with a preference for those based in the Denver, CO metro area. International travel will be required for this position (20-30% expected).

The Main Responsibilities

• R2R Transition Leadership

Execute the migration of journal entry, reconciliations, close, and reporting processes.

Collaborate with GPOs and AI Finance Pod to redesign workflows embedding automation and AI.

Maintain compliance with SOX and internal control standards.

Work as part of a cross-functional transition team ensuring alignment and support.

Partner with GPOs, finance operations, and AI Pod members to ensure alignment.
