Schedule : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30 AM–5 : 00 PM

Job Description

• Complete work orders and unit turns
• Perform general maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances)
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with property staff and residents
• Work independently and meet daily goals
