Are you passionate about jewelry, detail-oriented, and have an eye for excellence? We are currently looking for a Inventory Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is integral to our operations as it involves cataloging, pricing, tagging, and tracking of high-value jewelry items. You will also be responsible for presentation, processing returns, and coordinating with sales and production teams. This position offers an excellent opportunity to be part of a prestigious jewelry company, where your contributions will directly impact our success.

Responsibilities:

As an Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for:

1. Cataloging, pricing, tagging, and tracking of high-value jewelry items, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
2. Maintaining an organized inventory, ensuring that all items are appropriately stored and easily accessible.
3. Coordinating with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth operations and meet customer expectations.
4. Processing returns in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Conducting regular inventory audits and reports to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.
6. Assisting in the development and implementation of inventory management policies and procedures.
7. Ensuring the presentation of jewelry items is in line with company standards and enhances visual appeal.
8. Handling sensitive information with utmost confidentiality and integrity.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for this role should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory management, in the jewelry or luxury goods industry.
2. Proficient in inventory management software and other relevant computer applications.
3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with different teams.
5. Knowledge and understanding of jewelry items, including their value, quality, and characteristics.
6. Ability to handle high-value items with care and precision.
7. Problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and rectify discrepancies in inventory.
8. Customer service skills, with the ability to handle returns efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
9. High level of integrity, with the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
