Job descriptionAll employees are required to immediately report and assist in the elimination or control of any food safety issues they observe to their supervisor Monitors and enforces cGMPs Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices and Pre-requisite programs Ability to understand verbal and written direction in English and / or Spanish. Frequently lift and / or carry up to 50 Lbs. Frequently push / pull up to 50 Lbs. Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. Adaptability to multi-shift environment. Stand / walk for 8+ hours. Frequently lift and / or carry up to 50 Lbs. Frequently push / pull up to 50 Lbs. Ability to walk through production areas Exposure to temperature change Vision abilities include close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception. Hearing ability with appropriate protection in high-noise areas. Wear proper footwear

Job Summary :
This position is responsible for assuring that a high quality and safe product is produced and baked.
Essential Job Functions
- Set up baking programs and test all equipment.
- Monitor oven temperatures and adjust controls as needed to ensure proper baking
- Inspect baked pies for quality, including color, texture, and aroma
- Load and unload trays of pies into ovens using appropriate equipment
- Set up and verify printer.
- Complete the required paperwork and report to upper management when machine repairs are needed.
- Train new hires.
- Notify upper management of non-conforming products and the supervisor or manager when accidents or incidents occur

Pay rate : $18.25 - $19.00 per hour.
Schedule : Must be able to work any shift.
