As Program Manager II, you will manage the implementation and maintenance of the Enterprise Nurse Residency and Nurse Associate Extern Programs. This position is a rewarding opportunity, offering growth-oriented projects, mentorship, support, and numerous development resources. You will gain extensive exposure across the institute and departments, helping facilitate the start of an exciting path in Administration and Program Management.

A caregiver in this position works days from 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30PM.

A caregiver who excels in this role will :

• Develop, implement, manage, and maintain operational systems and activities.
• Serve as a liaison with all levels of the organization and outside community.
• Manage multiple priorities and projects with competing deadlines.
• Allocate time to meet completion requirements.
• Serve as a coach and mentor for other positions in the department.
• Review and monitor adherence to Human Resources policies and corporate compliance procedures.
