CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock, AR is seeking a dedicated and experienced Intensivist Nurse Practitioner to provide weekend coverage in our Intensive Care Unit. About the Role :

As an Intensivist Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to critically ill patients in the ICU, including :

• Managing patients with a wide range of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Performing physical examinations and assessments.
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.
• Developing and implementing treatment plans.
• Managing ventilators and other life-support equipment.
• Performing procedures such as central line placement and intubation (with appropriate training and supervision).
• Collaborating with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Providing patient and family education and support.
