JOB DUTIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS :

Diagnose Issues : Inspect returned pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers to accurately identify problems and determine the necessary repairs.

Repair Tools : Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers, ensuring all tools meet safety and performance standards.

Warranty Repair : Perform repairs on a variety of pneumatic and cordless nailers and staplers under warranty.

Testing : Test tools after repair to ensure they are functioning properly and safely before returning them to the customer.

Record Keeping : Maintain accurate records of all repairs and services performed, including non-conformances and product reliability issues.

Team Interaction : Communicate with engineer team on product related issues

Miscellaneous : Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Consistently maintain good work attendance and productive work ethic. Perform other duties that may be required based on business needs.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES :

None

REQUIRED SKILLS :

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :

1-2 years of power tools repair experience

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Fluent in Spanish

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE :

2 years of Power Tools Repair Experience.

Bachelors Degree in related field of study.
