Director of Advancement Systems and Operations
K-12 Education Institution
Northern Virginia
Salary : $115,000 to $120,000 per year, based on experience
Excellent benefits including : 35 days of PTO per year, 403(b) retirement plan with a 7% employer contribution after one year, PPO medical and dental insurance, Long term disability and AD&D insurance paid by the employer, FSA for out-of-pocket medical and dependent care expenses
Terrific new Director of Advancement Systems and Operations role in the Northern Virginia area. This is a new position that will be responsible for overseeing Raiser's Edge and providing data driven insights to design fundraising strategies and improve systems.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with the Assistant Head of School to lead and improve strategy, efficiency, and effectiveness of fundraising efforts
- Evaluate processes to ensure they are effective and efficient
- Manage the organization's Raiser's Edge transition to web view
- Design strategy around data; develop a plan for year 1, year 2, etc...
- Collaborate on effective moves management
- Lead integration and training for technology tools
- Manage and mentor one team member
Qualifications :
5-7+ of years relevant experience; higher education or independent school experience a plusBachelor's degree requiredThrive in a collaborative environmentFlexible and possess the ability to shift strategy focus as neededExperience with integrating systems and conversionsAnalytical, inquisitive, and able to research and dig into dataTechnologically savvy and experienced in Raiser's EdgeGiveCampus experience a plusExperience developing and running a moves management system is a plusEqual opportunity employer.
