Job descriptionThe HR Manager must hold a bachelor’s degree SHRM-CP, Human Resources Certificate, PHR or SPHR preferred. Must have a minimum of 4-7 years related experience in HR. Must have 2+ years of supervisory experience in HR. Retail industry experience is a plus! Must be proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office, in HRIS, such as ADP Workforce Must build, create and maintain spreadsheets for budgets and other analyses. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Direct Hire Paid time off $75k-$80k / annum depending on experience
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- The HR Manager is responsible for the recruitment process, accessing candidates, hiring, and onboarding open positions.
- Must be responsible for compensation, benefit administration, and Payroll.
- Responsible for organizational development, employee relations, performance management, learning and development.
- The HR Manager must recommend, develop, and implement policies approved programs.
- Responsible for executing HR policies, procedures and governmental laws and regulations.
- Must comply with legal requirements and government reporting regulations.
