Job description

One of Insight Global's financial clients is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Representative to manage client product or service sales and ensure quality service. Responsibilities include frequent client communication, addressing questions, recommending products or services, and handling complaints. The role also involves analyzing operational records, trends, costs, and revenue. Required skills include clear communication, time management, and Microsoft Excel (data entry only). This position involves internal partner interactions only. This is a hybrid role from 7AM-4PM MST.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in a professional setting
  • Must have clear communication, time management, and Microsoft Excel experience

Compensation : $20 / hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and / or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
