Requirements

• Minimum of 2 yrs experience
• Minimum 2 year end-of-life hospice w / comfort kit experience
• Must live up to 10 miles away from clients
• Able to support all ADL's
• Be available for day or night shifts
• Registered HCA
• TB Test
• Proof of work authorization
