The Hilton Vancouver is looking for a Banquet Houseperson (On Call). Come join our team at this amazing property, centrally located in the heart of Vancouver Washington with easy access to Portland International Airport. Featuring 226 rooms, the hotel is within walking distance to the gorgeous waterfront as well as to local bustling attractions such as the Vancouver Farmers Market (directly across the street from the hotel!), making us an excellent base for both leisure and business travel.

Wage : The hourly rate is $21.11 (based on applicable and specialized experience and location)

Schedule : This role requires open and flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

What will I be doing?

As an On-Call Banquet Set-Up Attendant (Houseperson), you would be responsible for setting and cleaning banquet facilities for functions in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards :

• Set tables and chairs to meet function specifications.
• Clean meeting space including washing meeting room walls at beginning of events
• Clean meeting space including, but not limited to, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, polishing, wiping areas and washing walls before and after events
