Job Description

As an SDR, your primary role is to call our leads, book appointments, and fill our Insurance Specialists' calendars. You are the engine that drives our growth! Your success is measured by your ability to get potential clients to commit to an appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Mainly, you're going to be making a lot of calls.
  • You're going to train proactively to improve at these calls.
  • You'll answer incoming calls, and take basic info.
  • You'll take really good notes for each conversation you have.
  • You will ask questions when you're stuck so that you never get stuck for long.
