Dragons Elite Athletics, a BDC company, is looking for a Chief Operating Officer.  Location :

• Remote  Reports to : Chief Executive Officer  Overview  The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be responsible for driving operational excellence and scalable growth across a rapidly expanding multi-sport league that includes baseball, softball, soccer, and volleyball.

This individual will translate strategic goals into actionable plans, oversee daily operations across multiple facilities and regions, and ensure that the organization is positioned for success as it grows both domestically and internationally.  While direct sports management experience is not required, a passion for leadership, growth, and operational rigor within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment is essential.  Key Responsibilities  Operational Leadership :
