Job Description

We are looking for an Automotive Service Technician who can handle maintenance general repair work diagnostics and inspections with accuracy and professionalism. Youll work in a fast paced shop with strong workflow and a team that communicates well. If youre dependable detail oriented and confident turning wrenches without constant supervision youll be a strong fit.

Work Requirements

Work Schedule : 8 hour shift Monday to Friday Saturdays as needed

Ability to Commute : East Greenwich RI required

Work Location : In person

Responsibilities

Perform maintenance services including brakes fluid services suspension work alignments and general repairs

Diagnose mechanical electrical and drivability concerns accurately

Complete multi point inspections with proper documentation

Work with Service Advisors to communicate repair needs timelines and recommendations

Use OEM diagnostic tools and follow Ford repair procedures

Maintain a clean work area and adhere to all safety guidelines

Test drive vehicles to verify concerns and confirm completed repairs

Support workflow by assisting teammates when needed

Deliver repair work that meets dealership and Ford quality standards

Qualifications

2 plus years of hands on automotive technician experience preferred

Solid understanding of mechanical and electrical systems

Ability to diagnose issues without unnecessary guesswork

Strong communication skills and reliable work habits

Valid drivers license and clean driving record

Ford experience or certifications are a plus not required

Must be able to lift 50 pounds and handle the physical demands of the job

Detail oriented organized and able to manage workload efficiently
