What You’ll Do

  • Drive sales by prospecting and closing Independent Financial Advisors (IFAs) who depend on events to grow their business.
  • Identify and qualify leads with strong buying potential and decision-making authority.
  • Execute a full-cycle sales process : cold outreach, pitch, follow-up, negotiation, and close.
  • Craft high-converting proposals that align with advisor marketing needs.
  • Use CRM software (HubSpot) to manage pipeline and forecast revenue.
  • Negotiate profitable deals and consistently hit or exceed sales targets .

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of sales experience (REQUIRED) — B2B, financial services, or event marketing is a major plus.
  • Experience working with or selling to financial advisors is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to close deals , hit sales quotas, and perform under pressure.
  • Self-starter with a competitive mindset and relentless drive to win.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-performance sales environment.
