Job Title : Prison Rape Elimination ACT (PREA) Compliance Manager (MA3) Location : Chehalis, WA Closes : Thursday, September 25, 2025 Salary : $60,132.00 - $80,820.00 Yearly. The posted salary does not include an additional 5% premium pay for employees working in an on-site 24 / 7 facility. We're looking for PREA Compliance Manager (Management Analyst 3) to join our team to help protect federal funding for Juvenile Justice programing, and against the risk for litigation.
The Opportunity : As the PREA expert at Green Hill School, you will ensure the facility meets the federal Prison Rape Elimination Act (PREA) standards. PREA compliance is an expectation of the Governor's office and the Department of Justice. The successful candidate will ensure all aspects of PREA standards are met and conduct internal audits and ongoing monitoring to support preparedness for onsite federal audits.

What we're looking for : Equivalent combination of education and experience to equal seven years. OR A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, public administration, law, public health, health administration, or a related field. AND Three years of experience conducting research and analyzing policies, laws, rules, or regulations.
AND
Commitment to equity, inclusion, and respectful workplace principles. A Master's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Social Sciences, or in an allied field will substitute for one year of experience. The degree must be obtained from an accredited college or university whose accreditation is recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA), or foreign equivalent verified by a NACES-approved organization at naces.org. Foreign Equivalency certification must be attached to the application for degrees obtained outside the U.S. Incomplete applications may be screened out of the recruitment process.
