We are seeking a Systems And Compliance Manager to join our team and ensure that our operations run smoothly, safely, and in compliance with all requirements.

The Role

The Systems And Compliance Manager is a mission-critical leader who :

• Oversees non-financial compliance, including emergency drills, scholar records, and staff files.
• Coordinates state and national testing to ensure smooth administration and 100% participation.
• Serves as the technology coordinator, ensuring all scholars and staff have access to devices and programs.
• Manages food service compliance and supports an excellent scholar dining experience.
• Ensures teachers have needed supplies and oversees purchasing and inventory.
• Supervises and develops office, custodial, and lunchroom staff to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming school environment.
