We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Compensation and Pension (C&P) Psychologist to join our high-performing team. In this role, you will conduct psychological evaluations for Veterans applying for disability benefits, playing a critical role in the Veterans Benefits Administration (VBA) claims process. This non-treatment role focuses on diagnostic clarity and documentation to support accurate and fair disability determinations.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct structured evaluations and assessments for Veterans related to service-connected mental health claims
• Complete high-quality, timely documentation using DBQs and other required formats
• Collaborate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth, Veteran-centered care coordination
• Maintain compliance with federal regulations, privacy policies, and ethical standards
