Scrum Master - Missile Defense Systems - DoD with Security Clearance

Relocation : Will consider candidates who wish to relocate within a reasonable period of time. Job Description Our client is looking for a seasoned Scrum Master to support a dynamic MASC-F (Missile and Space Command Force) team in support of the Missile Defense System. Key Responsibilities : Facilitate all team level events (PI Planning Team Breakouts, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand Up, Feature Elaboration, Sprint Review & Retro) Provides timely and accurate reporting of impediments, blockers, and risks to their Release Train Engineer Work with Release Train Engineer to set performance and growth targets for their teams Guides mentoring and development of agile team members Participate in Scrum of Scrums, Inspect and Adapt, and any ad hoc sessions called by RTE or Agile Coach Responsible for coordinating cross-team collaboration and dependencies and reporting them to the RTE Ensures teamwork, progress, and artifacts are transparent to all designated stakeholders Required Education / Experience : Must have a current and active DoD SECRET clearance BS in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering or another relevant engineering field from an accredited university program plus a minimum of 5 years of progressive and relevant experience. Familiar with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) Able to effectively communicate across all levels of the program Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum workflow and Kanban Strong problem solving and analytical skills Ability to lead and facilitate all Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
