AB Staffing is looking for an experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) Float that is available for the 2025/2026 school year.

Occupational Therapist (OT) Requirements:

• Master’s Degree from an accredited college or university, preferred.
• Illinois Occupational Therapy license (OTR/L)
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred
• Comfortable floating between multiple school sites
• BLS/CPR certification
• Ability to meet standard pre-employment requirements

Job Description:

• Caseload and details of position/classroom type will differ based on school location
• Contract through the school year – 32.5 hours per week
• Contract follows the academic district calendar

Occupational Therapist (OT) Duties:

• Evaluate students using standardized assessments and clinical observation
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans (IEPs)
• Provide therapeutic interventions to support functional and academic success
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Travel between assigned school buildings as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state guidelines
• Promote safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environments

Salary:

• $1,625 – $1,722.50 per week
